*I bow down to you* As a fan of Red Dwarf for years I agree there needs to be new Red Dwarf something...ANYTHING! Also I love the Tom Baker scarf. I am liking the new series. I am worried like you about how it will transition into a game. Hell, I wondering if they might make a Torchwood game after the Doctor Who game. I mean who wouldn't want to play as Capitan Jack?

Doctor Who
Tom Baker.. you think of when you think of Doctor Who?!
not since David Tannant... nope you don't.
Shame they don't make a game on "torchwood" the more adult themed series set in the doctor who world.
and yes torchwood is an anagram of Doctor Who itself

I think a Red Dwarf game would be awesome, but it would have to be set in the later series if it was meant to be an action game, as in the first three the basis of the series is being alone in space and eating currys.
But the later series video-game could be realy action-ey, such as, you could fight to get Rimmer off of his Psy-Moon, battle the despair squid, or escaping the Gelfs. There could even be a hot-coffee mini-game for when Lister was married to the gelf, for the realy sich person.
A Doctor who video-game would be mostly puzzles I imagine though, as the doctor has never actualy killed anyone with a weapon in his life, but they could do many things with it, such as making a Sonic Screw-driver mini-game, hell, if the budget was big enough they could make it a free-roaming game! There are many possibilities, but it just leads to one very important question, "Will it be like all the other games based off TV or movies, I.E, it will lack any good story, deepness, or action?"
Thank you, that is my dillusional rant for the day.
