XBox Live
Get it?
Ah, good old XBox Live (trademarked as XBox LIVE) or also known as XBL. With it Microsoft actually did something right. It's a lot more vast and easier to interact with others than either the Virtual Console or Playstation Store. No telling if it will be better than Second Life... I mean Home, when Sony releases it. But what's currently there works just fine for me. And, that's about it. Yup. Go get an account and check it out. Oh, you need to get an XBox 360, too. Forgot about that part.
On a slightly related/unrelated note, right now I'm playing Lost Odyssey for the 360. It's a fun game. I explain it as: If you liked Final Fantasy X, then you'll like this. But, if you liked Final Fantasy X-2, then there's something seriously wrong with you.

Spinal Tap reference FTW. XBL is by far the best online experience in Console Gaming.

BTW, How much money Bill payed you for this ad?? jejeje
Seriously, Xbox Live is one of the two things i recognize M$ did right, Windows Live on another hand is completely awful, that proves that sharing a name doesn't get two things done well
Roberto Duran, Mariano Rivera, Ruben Blades, Justine Pasek, Rod Carew, Ramiro Mendoza, Los Rabanes, El General, The Canal, Flex, Match & Daddy, El Roockie, Eddy Lover, Irving Saladino, Laffit Pincay, Danilo P?©rez, Omar Alfano... to name a few...

not the greatest joke , almost desperate.
I must ask why do u insist on capitalizing the B in xbox ?
its usually written Xbox XBOX or xbox , or is this your own little quirk to avoid copyright infringement?

Aaah, now I get it.
Bad puns FTW!
And Valentine, you really have no right whatsoever to lecture people over capitalization.

Perhaps that's true. I couldnt stand FFX and thought it was a boring overrated piece of shit of a game.
I want to be kinder to lost Odyssey since artistically it's far superior to FFX, but it's just also as boring unfortunately. A real disappointment for me. The funny thing is, I'm having fun with Blue Dragon to.

That's stupid, FFX was loads of fun and Lost Odyssey is amazing as well. Calling it "complete shit" is just a pompous statement that every game critic, ever, will disagree with. Blue Dragon, however, IS a load of crap. So is anything and everything that has to do with anime.
Point.

Thank you, finally a person who agrees with me.
Except it was more of a super long crappy movie than an actual game, per se.
EDIT: I'd also like to say, I'd buy almost all of these single panel comics in poster forms. They're all awesome.

Point.
If Lost Odyssey wasn't such a genuine disappointment for me (I mean it, I really do, being such a big fan of Shadow Hearts, LO was worked on by the same development team), then I'd probably fall for your pathetic bait, but not this time.
I call it how I see it. FFX was artistically superficial like most Final Fantasies tend to be. It was also boring as hell. You and "game critics" can think what you like, but if your going to call my opinion stupid, then it certainly frees me from having to have any respect for that.
LO's guilty of having mindboggingly slow pacing and also an utterly soulless battle system. I mean wtf was that ring system? How does a company like Nautilus go from building entire games on a reacton based system (the judgement ring) to making a throwaway thing that slightly ups the damage of your regular attack by 10%? The rest of it was just uninspired typical Final Fantasy, a lot like VIII and I thought nothing could be as bad as that game's levelling system. But LO comes very close.
Blue Dragon might not be particularly special, but unlike those games... it's fun. It has a cool battle system. Sometimes that's more important than anything else, as the quality of games like Grandia has proved in the past. Also confused by your anime point when you're trying to defend Lost Odyssey and FInal Fantasy X. All JRPGs take their inspiration from anime, those two are no exception.

I'm guessing Final Fantasy X-2-2 will be on your "Games I'm glad they never made" list.
Freaking winner of 1 thread.

Xbox LIVE has made life immensely entertaining over at my house, especially with my 13 year old brother yelling at people on Call of Duty 4 in his changing voice to stop being noobs and converge on X location.
